Over the past decade, she has delivered large-scale developments for some of the world’s most prestigious brands, managing an international portfolio through a seamless blend of on-site leadership and hybrid coordination.
This international reach defines a signature where high-concept aesthetics meet uncompromising technical standards. Monica treats every project as a unique ecosystem, synthesizing brand identity with meticulous spatial storytelling.
Her expertise spans the full build lifecycle from initial concept to on-site supervision mastering the "business of design" to ensure the process is as refined as the final environment.
